Thank you for being my guardian,
Protecting me and guarding me whenever necessary.
Even when I go astray,
You never fail to pick me up and put me back on track.
Thank you for never giving up on me,
For forgiving me each and every day,
Countless times as it is,
When you never seem to see the end of day.
Sustain me in every circumstances that I go through,
Intercede for me, I pray,
Words are never enough to say,
Of all I am and who I have become.
Lord, give me the grace to accept with serenity the things that cannot be changed,
Courage to change the things which should be changed,
And the wisdom to distinguish the one from the other...
